Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Economy Shipping is free on orders over $59.99. Standard Shipping is free on orders over $99.99 (US addresses: over $199.99). See Shipping & Delivery.
Do you offer discounts?

How do I track my order?

My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered.
We're sorry! Email shopify@richwhales.com with your order number and a photo. We cover return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or shipped we can't guarantee changes.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
