We ship to most countries. Available shipping methods and rates for your address are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Processing time is shown on the product page or at checkout. If none is shown, we process your order as soon as reasonably possible. Personalized items can take up to 5 business days to produce.
Estimated delivery time
Delivery time starts after your order has shipped, in addition to processing time:
- Economy Shipping: 12–30 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Free shipping
- Economy Shipping: free on orders over $59.99
- Standard Shipping: free on orders over $99.99 (orders shipping to US addresses: over $199.99)
Rates for other orders and for Express Shipping are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number or link when the shipping method supports tracking. Tracking updates can take a little while to appear.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be inspected by customs and may be subject to duties, import taxes, clearance fees or carrier handling fees. Any amount we collect at checkout is shown there. Fees not collected at checkout may have to be paid before or on delivery and are normally the customer's responsibility, unless checkout states otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
Wrong address or order changes
Please check your shipping address and order details before you pay. To change an address, change an order or cancel, email us as soon as possible at shopify@richwhales.com. Once an order is in production or shipped, we can't guarantee changes or cancellation.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order is delayed, we will let you know. If it is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email shopify@richwhales.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
